Returns & Exchange

We do not accept returns of Virgin Hair where there is evidence of the breakage of seal or unraveled or tampered with bundles. If a bundle if apparent of use of any kind or tampering with we will not exchange on any basis, and we reserve the right to make the decision to exchange based on the condition of returned hair. 

 

We will accept returns within 3 days of initial receipt via USPS (NO REFUNDS)

All returns granted will be made minus the effective shipping cost and will be made within 3-4 days of our receipt.
